GCC Relief and Humanitarian Aid Coordination Office (GAFC) to Yemen, held its 24rd meeting at King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid.

Riyadh- GCC Relief and Humanitarian Aid Coordination Office (GAFC) to Yemen, held its 24rd meeting yesterday at King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid.



At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Public Health and Population who is also the member of the Yemeni Higher Relief Committee Dr. Nasser Baoum presented a comprehensive presentation on the humanitarian situation and the progress of relief efforts in all governorates of Yemen.



The meeting praised the launch by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of a project to dismantle mines in Yemen 'MASAM', especially in light of the increasing number of wounded, by mines being planted by Al-Houthi coup militia in a number of Yemeni governorates.



It also commended that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has topped the donor countries to Yemen, according to the report issued by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
