سدّد الفنان المصري أحمد عز مبلغ 570 ألف جنيه مصري (11,400 دولار أمريكي) يُمثّل قيمة متجمد نفقة أجر خادمة الفنانة زينة، وذلك خلال جلسة نظر الدعوى التي أقامتها زينة حول أجر الخادمة، وهو ما أثبتته المحكمة قبل تحديد جلسة لإصدار حكمها النهائي في القضية.
تأجيل النطق بالحكم
وقررت المحكمة المختصة، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، حجز الدعوى المقامة ضد الفنان أحمد عز بشأن متجمد أجر خادمة الفنانة زينة، للنطق بالحكم في جلسة 16 أغسطس المقبل، وذلك بعد سداد المبلغ المطالب به البالغ 570 ألف جنيه (11,400 دولار أمريكي).
الامتناع عن السداد
وقرّرت محكمة الأسرة بمدينة نصر في وقت سابق تأجيل نظر الدعوى التي أقامتها الفنانة زينة، والتي طالبت فيها بسجن عز لامتناعه عن سداد متجمد أجر الخادمة، إلى جلسة 28 يوليو الجاري.
وسبق أن أيدت المحكمة المختصة حكم إلزام الفنان أحمد عز بسداد أجر خادمة بقيمة 30 ألف جنيه (600 دولار أمريكي)، بعدما رفضت الالتماس المقدم منه على الحكم.
بداية الأزمة
بدأت المشكلة بين أحمد عز وزينة في 2014 بنزاع قضائي حول زواج عرفي وإثبات نسب توأميها (عزالدين وزين الدين)، وتطور الأمر إلى ساحات المحاكم لسنوات طويلة، وحصلت زينة على حكم بالخلع من أحمد عز في 2017.
وتوالت قضايا النفقات والمصروفات الدراسية وأجور الخدم، إذ أصدرت محكمة مستأنف الأسرة أحكاماً بتعديل النفقات الشهرية ومصروفات الأبناء.

Postponement of the Ruling
The competent court decided today (Tuesday) to reserve the lawsuit filed against the artist Ahmed Ezz regarding the overdue wages for the maid of the artist Zina, to announce the ruling in the session on August 16, following the payment of the demanded amount of 570,000 pounds (11,400 US dollars).
Refusal to Pay
The Family Court in Nasr City had previously decided to postpone the consideration of the lawsuit filed by the artist Zina, in which she demanded imprisonment for Ezz for his refusal to pay the overdue wages of the maid, to the session on July 28 of this month.
The competent court had previously upheld the ruling obligating the artist Ahmed Ezz to pay the maid's wages amounting to 30,000 pounds (600 US dollars), after rejecting his appeal against the ruling.
The Beginning of the Crisis
The problem between Ahmed Ezz and Zina began in 2014 with a legal dispute over a customary marriage and proving the lineage of their twins (Ezzeldin and Zeineldin), and the matter developed into court battles for many years, with Zina obtaining a ruling for khula (divorce) from Ahmed Ezz in 2017.
Subsequent cases regarding alimony, school expenses, and maid wages followed, as the Family Appeals Court issued rulings to amend the monthly alimony and children's expenses.
