حذّرت وزارة التجارة المنشآت التجارية من عدم إصدار التراخيص اللازمة لممارسة أنشطتها خلال 90 يوماً من تاريخ قيدها في السجل التجاري، مؤكدة أن انقضاء المهلة النظامية دون الحصول على الترخيص يترتب عليه شطب قيد النشاط من السجل التجاري.
وحثّت الوزارة ملاك المنشآت على الالتزام بأحكام نظام السجل التجاري ولائحته التنفيذية، واستكمال التراخيص المطلوبة للأنشطة التي تستلزم الحصول على موافقات من الجهات المختصة.
وأوضحت أن المادة الرابعة من اللائحة التنفيذية لنظام السجل التجاري تلزم التاجر بالحصول على ترخيص ممارسة النشاط خلال 90 يوماً من تاريخ قيده، مع شطب قيد النشاط في حال انتهاء المهلة دون إصدار الترخيص.
وبيّنت أن الشطب يشمل أيضاً الأنشطة التي لا تتطلب ترخيصاً، في حال عدم تقديم التاجر ما يثبت ممارستها خلال المهلة المحددة.
The Ministry of Commerce has warned commercial establishments against failing to issue the necessary licenses to conduct their activities within 90 days from the date of their registration in the commercial registry, emphasizing that the expiration of the legal deadline without obtaining the license will result in the cancellation of the activity's registration from the commercial registry.
The ministry urged establishment owners to comply with the provisions of the commercial registry system and its executive regulations, and to complete the required licenses for activities that necessitate obtaining approvals from the relevant authorities.
It clarified that Article Four of the executive regulations of the commercial registry system obligates the trader to obtain a license to practice the activity within 90 days from the date of registration, with the cancellation of the activity's registration in the event that the deadline expires without issuing the license.
It indicated that the cancellation also includes activities that do not require a license, in the event that the trader fails to provide proof of practicing them within the specified timeframe.
