Riyadh - A delegation from the General Authority of Civil Aviation, headed by its Chairman, Abdul Hakim bin Mohammed Al-Tamimi, will start a visit to the United Kingdom to meet with a number of officials to enhance integration between the two countries in aviation and air transport industry.

During the two-day visit, the delegation will meet with the Chairman of the UK Civil Aviation Authority and heads of major British civil aviation companies to discuss aviation industry activities such as construction, technology systems, airport operation, aviation, navigation, hospitality, and free market which is in line with the Kingdom's vision, developments in the investment environment and areas of investment in this sector.


Al-Tamimi said that the visit comes within the framework of building strategic international and regional partnerships in the field of aviation that benefits the civil aviation industry in the Kingdom in particular and the world in general, noting that the visit also aims to enhance cooperation in aviation and air transport, and emphasize the importance of joint and continuous cooperation in this vital sector.
