أصدرت الخطوط الجوية العربية السعودية بيانًا توضيحيًا نفت فيه صحة الادعاءات المتداولة عبر وسائل الإعلام ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي بشأن تسليم طائرات من طراز Boeing 777-200 كانت مملوكة لها إلى إحدى الجهات الخاضعة للعقوبات، مؤكدة أن تلك الطائرات خرجت من ملكيتها قبل أكثر من ثلاثة أعوام.
الطائرات بيعت في 2023
وأوضحت «السعودية» أنها باعت الطائرات المشار إليها بتاريخ 7 يونيو 2023 إلى شركة أخرى مسجلة خارج المملكة، وذلك وفق الأطر التجارية والقانونية المتبعة في مثل هذه العمليات.
لا علاقة تشغيلية أو تجارية
وأكدت الشركة أن جميع الصلات التشغيلية والتجارية بالطائرات المذكورة انتهت منذ تاريخ إتمام عملية البيع، مشددة على أنه لا تربطها بها أي علاقة منذ ذلك الحين.
وبذلك نفت الخطوط الجوية العربية السعودية بشكل قاطع صحة ما أثير بشأن ارتباطها بالطائرات المتداولة، مؤكدة أن المعلومات المتداولة لا تعكس الواقع بعد انتقال ملكية الطائرات وانتهاء علاقتها بها.
Saudi Arabian Airlines issued a clarifying statement denying the validity of the claims circulating through media and social media platforms regarding the delivery of Boeing 777-200 aircraft that were owned by it to a sanctioned entity, confirming that those aircraft left its ownership more than three years ago.
The aircraft were sold in 2023
Saudi Arabian Airlines clarified that it sold the mentioned aircraft on June 7, 2023, to another company registered outside the Kingdom, in accordance with the commercial and legal frameworks followed in such transactions.
No operational or commercial relationship
The company confirmed that all operational and commercial ties to the mentioned aircraft ended upon the completion of the sale, emphasizing that it has had no relationship with them since that time.
Thus, Saudi Arabian Airlines categorically denied the validity of the claims regarding its connection to the aircraft in question, asserting that the circulating information does not reflect reality after the transfer of ownership of the aircraft and the end of its relationship with them.
