وزير العدل يلتقي رئيس القضاء في ماليزيا ويوقّع مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون القضائي

The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, met during an official visit to Malaysia with the Chief Justice, Judge Wan Ahmad Farid bin Wan Salleh, in the presence of several senior Malaysian judicial leaders.

During the meeting, ways to enhance judicial cooperation between the two countries were discussed, along with the exchange of experiences in case management, digital transformation, and the development of judicial work, in addition to several topics of mutual interest.

The minister also learned about the experience of electronic courts and judicial work management, as well as several facilities of the Palace of Justice in Putrajaya during the visit.

A memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the judicial field was also signed, which includes the exchange of experiences in effective case management, the use of technology in managing justice, cases, and documents, and the exchange of legal information and professional visits, thereby enhancing cooperation and the exchange of knowledge and expertise between the competent authorities in both countries.

He was accompanied during the visit by the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Malaysia, Osama bin Dakhel Al-Ahmadi.
