أعربت وزارة الخارجية عن إدانة المملكة العربية السعودية واستنكارها للأحداث التي شهدتها مدينة نيامي عاصمة جمهورية النيجر، مؤكدةً تضامن المملكة مع حكومة وشعب النيجر أمام أي محاولة للنيل من أمنه واستقراره.
الحفاظ على أمن النيجر
وقالت الوزارة في بيان: «المملكة تؤكد دعمها لما يُسهم في الحفاظ على أمن جمهورية النيجر وسيادتها، وصون مقدراتها من عبث المجموعات المتمردة، وتتمنى دوام الأمن والازدهار للنيجر وشعبها.»
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's condemnation and denunciation of the events that took place in Niamey, the capital of the Republic of Niger, affirming the Kingdom's solidarity with the government and people of Niger against any attempt to undermine its security and stability.
Maintaining Niger's Security
The ministry stated in a statement: "The Kingdom reaffirms its support for what contributes to maintaining the security and sovereignty of the Republic of Niger, and protecting its resources from the interference of rebel groups, wishing for continued security and prosperity for Niger and its people."
