في خطوة تعزز الشفافية وترفع كفاءة الرقابة الميدانية، بدأت أمانة منطقة الرياض التوسع في استخدام كاميرات الجسم للمراقبين خلال الزيارات الرقابية على المنشآت بالمدينة، بما يدعم الامتثال للاشتراطات البلدية ويعزز موثوقية الإجراءات المتخذة.
وجاء إطلاق المبادرة بعد استكمال تجربة إثبات مفهوم استمرت ثلاثة أسابيع، شهدت توثيق أكثر من 600 زيارة رقابية، بما أسهم في تقييم فاعلية التقنية ودورها في دعم أعمال الرقابة الميدانية.
وأوضحت الأمانة أن كاميرات الجسم توفر سجلاً موثقاً لمجريات الزيارة الرقابية، بما يحفظ حقوق جميع الأطراف، ويتيح مراجعة الإجراءات والتحقق من الملاحظات والاعتراضات عند الحاجة، إلى جانب دعم أعمال المتابعة والإشراف ورفع جودة الرصد الميداني.
وتعمل الكاميرات على توثيق الزيارات بالصوت والصورة، بما يعزز الشفافية وموثوقية الإجراءات، ويرفع جودة التوثيق، ويساعد في التحقق من الملاحظات والبلاغات والاعتراضات المرتبطة بالزيارات الرقابية.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن جهود أمانة منطقة الرياض لتبني الحلول التقنية الحديثة وتطوير أدوات العمل الرقابي، بما يسهم في رفع مستوى الامتثال البلدي، وتعزيز بيئة أعمال أكثر التزاماً وموثوقية، ودعم مستهدفات تحسين جودة الحياة في مدينة الرياض.
In a step that enhances transparency and increases the efficiency of field monitoring, the Riyadh Municipality has begun to expand the use of body cameras for inspectors during their oversight visits to establishments in the city, supporting compliance with municipal regulations and enhancing the reliability of the actions taken.
The initiative was launched after completing a three-week pilot program that documented more than 600 oversight visits, contributing to the assessment of the effectiveness of the technology and its role in supporting field monitoring activities.
The municipality clarified that body cameras provide a documented record of the oversight visit, preserving the rights of all parties involved, and allowing for the review of procedures and verification of observations and objections when necessary, in addition to supporting follow-up and supervision activities and improving the quality of field monitoring.
The cameras document visits with audio and video, enhancing transparency and the reliability of procedures, improving the quality of documentation, and assisting in verifying observations, reports, and objections related to oversight visits.
