أعلنت مجموعة stc نتائجها المالية الأولية للفترة المنتهية في 30 سبتمبر 2026م، محققةً نموًا في إيراداتها وأرباحها التشغيلية فترة التسعة أشهر الأولى من العام، مدعومًا بقوة أعمالها الأساسية وتسارع نمو شركاتها التابعة، فيما تجاوز صافي ربح الربع الثالث متوسط توقعات المحللين الماليين.
• ارتفعت إيرادات المجموعة فترة التسعة أشهر بنسبة 3.7% مقارنة بالفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، لتصل إلى 60,096 مليون ريال.
• ارتفع إجمالي الربح فترة التسعة أشهر بنسبة 5.2% مقارنة بالفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، ليبلغ 29,362 مليون ريال.
• ارتفع الربح التشغيلي فترة التسعة أشهر بنسبة 4.1% مقارنة بالفترة المماثلة من العام السابق، ليبلغ 11,282 مليون ريال.
• ارتفعت الأرباح قبل الاستهلاك والإطفاء والفوائد والزكاة والضرائب «EBITDA» فترة التسعة أشهر بنسبة 3.5%، لتصل إلى 19,150 مليون ريال.
• بلغ صافي الربح فترة التسعة أشهر 10,918 مليون ريال، مسجلًا نموًا بنسبة 2.6% بعد استبعاد البنود غير المتكررة في الفترتين الحالية والمماثلة من العام السابق.
• نمت إيرادات الشركات التابعة بنسبة 9.0% فترة التسعة أشهر، وتسارع نموها فترة الربع الثالث ليصل إلى 18.5% مقارنة بالربع المماثل من العام السابق.
• أعلنت المجموعة توزيع أرباح بقيمة 0.55 ريال للسهم الواحد عن الربع الثالث من عام 2026م، وفقًا لسياسة توزيع الأرباح المعتمدة من الجمعية العامة، ليصل إجمالي التوزيعات للمساهمين فترة الأشهر التسعة الأولى إلى 8.2 مليار ريال.
وتعليقاً على النتائج، أكّد الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة stc، المهندس عليان بن محمد الوتيد، أن مجموعة stc فترة التسعة أشهر الأولى من عام 2026م حقّقت نتائج قوية، مع استمرارها في تنفيذ استراتيجيتها لتعزيز أعمالها الأساسية في قطاع الاتصالات والأعمال الرقمية، والتوسُّع في مجالات النمو الواعدة، بما يؤكد التزامها بتحقيق قيمة للمساهمين.
وقال المهندس عليان بن محمد الوتيد: «إن الأداء المالي لـ stc استند إلى نمو قوي في الإيرادات بنسبة 3.7% على أساس سنوي فترة فترة التسعة أشهر، مدفوعًا بنمو أعمالها في قطاع الاتصالات بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتسارع النمو على مستوى الشركات التابعة، حيث ارتفعت إيرادات وحدة العملاء بنسبة 2.0%، ووحدة النواقل والمشغلين بنسبة 5.1%، والشركات التابعة بنسبة 9.0%».
ويعكس التقدُّم في أداء المجموعة تنويع استثماراتها ومصادر دخلها، وتعزيز تكامل أعمالها في قطاع الاتصالات والمجالات الرقمية، بما يدعم استدامة نموها. كما يعزز تسارع نمو الشركات التابعة دورها في توسيع نطاق أعمال المجموعة والاستفادة من الفرص في الأسواق والقطاعات الواعدة.
وعلى الصعيد التشغيلي، واصلت مجموعة stc تنمية قاعدة عملائها وتوسيع بنيتها التحتية؛ إذ ارتفع عدد مشتركي الهاتف المحمول والهاتف الثابت في المملكة بنسبة 4.8% و4.0% على أساس سنوي، ليصل إلى 30.6 مليون و6.2 مليون مشترك على التوالي. كما ارتفع عدد المنازل المتصلة بشبكة الألياف الضوئية بنسبة 7.0% ليبلغ 3.95 مليون منزل، فيما نما عدد أبراج شبكة الجيل الخامس بنسبة 31.5% ليصل إلى 12.38 ألف برج.
وخلال مشاركتها في مؤتمر LEAP 2026، عززت المجموعة تعاونها مع عدد من أبرز الشركات المحلية والعالمية، من خلال اتفاقيات وشراكات لتوسيع شبكات الجيل الخامس وتطوير قدرات الشبكات، وتعزيز خدمات الربط والاتصال لمراكز البيانات، والتوسع في الحوسبة السحابية والخدمات الرقمية، بما يدعم تنوع أعمالها ويرفع قدراتها على خدمة مختلف القطاعات.
وفي إطار توظيف بنيتها التحتية الرقمية لدعم القطاعات الحيوية، أطلقت المجموعة حلًا جديدًا لمواقع شبكات الجيل الخامس المتقدم بصافي انبعاثات كربونية صفري، يسهم في رفع كفاءة الشبكة وسعتها وخفض استهلاك الطاقة. كما دعمت الخدمات الصحية بوزارة الدفاع في إجراء أول عملية جراحية روبوتية عن بُعد بين منشأتين صحيتين تابعتين لها في الرياض والظهران.

stc Group announced its preliminary financial results for the period ending September 30, 2026, achieving growth in its revenues and operating profits for the first nine months of the year, supported by the strength of its core business and the accelerated growth of its subsidiaries, while the net profit for the third quarter exceeded the average expectations of financial analysts.
• The group's revenues for the nine-month period increased by 3.7% compared to the same period last year, reaching 60,096 million riyals.
• Gross profit for the nine-month period rose by 5.2% compared to the same period last year, amounting to 29,362 million riyals.
• Operating profit for the nine-month period increased by 4.1% compared to the same period last year, reaching 11,282 million riyals.
• Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) for the nine-month period rose by 3.5%, reaching 19,150 million riyals.
• Net profit for the nine-month period was 10,918 million riyals, recording a growth of 2.6% after excluding non-recurring items in the current and comparable periods from the previous year.
• Revenues from subsidiaries grew by 9.0% during the nine-month period, with growth accelerating in the third quarter to reach 18.5% compared to the same quarter last year.
• The group announced a dividend distribution of 0.55 riyals per share for the third quarter of 2026, in accordance with the profit distribution policy approved by the general assembly, bringing the total distributions to shareholders for the first nine months to 8.2 billion riyals.
Commenting on the results, the CEO of stc Group, Eng. Aliyan bin Mohammed Al-Wutayd, confirmed that stc Group achieved strong results in the first nine months of 2026, continuing to implement its strategy to enhance its core business in the telecommunications and digital sectors, and to expand into promising growth areas, reaffirming its commitment to delivering value to shareholders.
Eng. Aliyan bin Mohammed Al-Wutayd stated: “stc's financial performance was based on strong revenue growth of 3.7% year-on-year for the nine-month period, driven by the growth of its telecommunications business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the accelerated growth at the subsidiary level, where customer unit revenues increased by 2.0%, carrier and operator unit revenues by 5.1%, and subsidiary revenues by 9.0%.”
The progress in the group's performance reflects the diversification of its investments and sources of income, and the enhancement of its business integration in the telecommunications and digital sectors, supporting the sustainability of its growth. The accelerated growth of subsidiaries also enhances their role in expanding the group's business scope and capitalizing on opportunities in promising markets and sectors.
On the operational front, stc Group continued to grow its customer base and expand its infrastructure; the number of mobile and fixed-line subscribers in the Kingdom increased by 4.8% and 4.0% year-on-year, reaching 30.6 million and 6.2 million subscribers, respectively. The number of homes connected to the fiber optic network rose by 7.0% to 3.95 million homes, while the number of 5G network towers grew by 31.5% to reach 12,380 towers.
During its participation in the LEAP 2026 conference, the group strengthened its collaboration with several prominent local and global companies through agreements and partnerships to expand 5G networks, develop network capabilities, enhance connectivity and communication services for data centers, and expand into cloud computing and digital services, supporting the diversification of its business and enhancing its capabilities to serve various sectors.
As part of leveraging its digital infrastructure to support vital sectors, the group launched a new solution for advanced 5G network sites with net-zero carbon emissions, contributing to improving network efficiency and capacity while reducing energy consumption. It also supported the health services of the Ministry of Defense in conducting the first remote robotic surgery between two of its healthcare facilities in Riyadh and Dhahran.
