أكد وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني أهمية دور المحكمة العليا في تعزيز استقرار المبادئ والقرارات القضائية، ومراقبة سلامة تطبيق أحكام الشريعة والأنظمة، بما يسهم في رفع جودة العمل القضائي.
جاء ذلك خلال لقاء رئيس المحكمة العليا الشيخ الدكتور خالد بن عبدالله اللحيدان، وأصحاب أعضاء المحكمة، حيث أكد أن ما تحقق من تطور في المرفق العدلي جاء بفضل الله ثم بالدعم غير المحدود من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، والدعم والمتابعة المستمرة من الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، حفظهما الله.
وأشاد بجهود رئيس المحكمة العليا وأصحاب أعضائها، وما تحقق من تطور في الأداء القضائي، مثمناً حرصهم على التدريب والتأهيل، ومشاركتهم في ورش العمل وتقديم المرئيات والمقترحات التطويرية.
وأوضح أن المحكمة العليا، بوصفها محكمة قانون، تضطلع بدور محوري في استقرار المبادئ والقرارات القضائية، مؤكداً أهمية الالتزام بالمبادئ المستقرة، وتعزيز جودة الأحكام وتسبيبها.
كما أكد أهمية تفعيل قواعد عمل المكاتب الفنية، وتطوير أعمال الإعداد والمراجعة الفنية، والاستفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي المعتمدة، بما يعزز جودة الدراسات والأحكام، مشجعاً أعضاء المحكمة على المشاركة بمرئياتهم ومقترحاتهم، بما يسهم في تعميق النضج المؤسسي والجودة القضائية.
The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, emphasized the important role of the Supreme Court in enhancing the stability of judicial principles and decisions, and in monitoring the proper application of Sharia law and regulations, which contributes to improving the quality of judicial work.
This came during a meeting with the President of the Supreme Court, Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Luhaidan, and the members of the court, where he affirmed that the developments achieved in the judicial facility are due to God's grace and the unlimited support from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, as well as the continuous support and follow-up from His Royal Highness Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect them.
He praised the efforts of the President of the Supreme Court and its members, and the progress made in judicial performance, appreciating their commitment to training and qualification, their participation in workshops, and their provision of developmental insights and proposals.
He clarified that the Supreme Court, as a court of law, plays a pivotal role in stabilizing judicial principles and decisions, emphasizing the importance of adhering to established principles and enhancing the quality and reasoning of judgments.
He also stressed the importance of activating the operational rules of technical offices, developing the preparation and technical review processes, and benefiting from approved artificial intelligence applications, which enhance the quality of studies and judgments, encouraging court members to share their insights and proposals, contributing to deepening institutional maturity and judicial quality.
