في إطار التوجّه نحو توسيع مساحة العمل الصحفي والإعلامي في سورية بعد سقوط نظام الأسد، حصلت قناة تلفزيونية خاصة يجري تأسيسها حديثًا على التراخيص الرسمية اللازمة للانطلاق، إيذانًا ببدء مرحلة جديدة في قطاع الإعلام المحلي.
وجاء منح الترخيص استنادًا إلى الإعلان الدستوري الصادر في 13 مارس 2025، وإلى أحكام المرسوم التشريعي رقم 108 لعام 2011 الناظم للإعلام؛ وفق ما أكدته مصادر في القناة، التي أوضحت أيضًا أن الهيكل الإداري بات جاهزًا للبدء في المراحل التشغيلية اللاحقة.
وبحسب المصادر، سيتولى رجل الأعمال السوري محمد برمو رئاسة مجلس الإدارة، فيما يشغل الزميل الصحفي عبد الله الغضوي منصب المدير العام، ويتولى الصحفي زياد الريس مهام المدير التنفيذي، بينما أُسندت إدارة التحرير إلى الصحفي عماد السعدي.
وتستعد القناة للانتقال إلى المرحلة الفنية والتقنية تمهيدًا لإطلاق بثها، وسط توقعات بأن تسهم في إعادة تشكيل المشهد الإعلامي السوري وفتح المجال أمام مشاريع إعلامية خاصة في المرحلة الجديدة.
As part of the move to expand the space for journalistic and media work in Syria after the fall of the Assad regime, a newly established private television channel has obtained the necessary official licenses to launch, signaling the start of a new phase in the local media sector.
The granting of the license was based on the constitutional declaration issued on March 13, 2025, and the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 108 of 2011 regulating media; this was confirmed by sources at the channel, which also clarified that the administrative structure is ready to begin the subsequent operational phases.
According to sources, Syrian businessman Mohammad Barmo will chair the board of directors, while journalist Abdullah Al-Ghadwi will hold the position of general manager, and journalist Ziad Al-Rais will take on the role of executive director, while the editorial management has been assigned to journalist Imad Al-Saadi.
The channel is preparing to move to the technical and artistic phase in anticipation of launching its broadcast, amid expectations that it will contribute to reshaping the Syrian media landscape and opening the door for private media projects in the new phase.
