شن الطيران التركي أمس (الثلاثاء) غارات جوية على مواقع للقوات الكردية في شمال شرقي سورية، موقعا 20 قتيلا على الأقل، في تصعيد دفع الأكراد إلى مطالبة التحالف الدولي الداعم لهم بالتدخل لوقف القصف التركي.

وأعلنت تركيا أيضا استهداف «مجموعة إرهابية» متحالفة مع حزب العمال الكردستاني في شمال غربي العراق، حيث قتل ستة عناصر من قوات البشمركة الأكراد كانوا موجودين في المكان المستهدف. فيما أفادت وحدات حماية الشعب الكردية في بيان أن «طائرات حربية تركية قامت بشن هجوم واسع النطاق على مقر القيادة العامة لوحدات حماية الشعب» في محافظة الحسكة.


وقالت الخارجية الأمريكية تعليقا على هذه الضربات «نشعر بقلق عميق إزاء شن تركيا ضربات جوية في شمالي سورية وشمالي العراق دون تنسيق مناسب، سواء مع الولايات المتحدة أو التحالف الدولي».

من جهة ثانية، أكد الرئيس التركي رجب طيب أردوغان في مقابلة مع رويترز أمس (الثلاثاء) أنه لا يمكن التوصل إلى حل للصراع السوري في ظل بقاء بشار الأسد في السلطة.

وقال أردوغان إن الرئيس الروسي بوتين قال له: «أردوغان لا تفهمني خطأ. لست أدافع عن الأسد ولست محامياً عنه، هذا ما قاله. بوتين أبلغني بذلك».
