التقت الهيئة العليا للمفاوضات أمس (الأربعاء) في العاصمة الأردنية عمّان وزير الخارجية الأمريكي تيلرسون الذي يزور المنطقة لمدة أسبوع، وناقشت معه تطورات الوضع في سورية في ظل التصعيد الأخير في إدلب والغوطة. وقال رئيس الهيئة العليا للمفاوضات الدكتور نصر الحريري إن اللقاء بحث قضايا مهمة، على رأسها محاسبة مجرمي الحرب في سورية، وكل من استخدم السلاح الكيماوي ضد المدنيين في سورية، لافتا إلى أن الوزير الأمريكي أبدى تفهما وتجاوبا مع متطلبات الحل السياسي. من جهة أخرى، أكدت «لجنة التفاوض» عن قرى وبلدات ريف حمص الشمالي، تعرضها لتهديد بـ «عمل عسكري» من قبل روسيا، في حال لم يحضروا اجتماعاً داخل مدينة حمص، وذلك عبر رسالة موجهة للهيئة. وقال المهندس بسام السواح الناطق باسم اللجنة المكلفة عن هيئة «التفاوض» في ريفي حمص الشمالي وحماة الجنوبي في تصريح له نقله موقع أورينت المعارض، إن ضابطاً في وزارة الدفاع الروسية أرسل رسالة إلكترونية إلى لجنة التفاوض يطلب فيها من الهيئة وقادة الفصائل حضور اجتماع في فندق السفير بحمص بحجة أن اتفاقي خفض التصعيد ينتهي في 15 من هذا الشهر، ومتوعداً بشن عمل عسكري في حال عدم الحضور. ونوه السواح أن الجدول الزمني لاتفاقية خفض التصعيد بدأ منذ 4 أيار 2017 وانتهى في 4 تشرين الثاني 2017 وتم تمديده حتى 4 أيار 2018، مضيفاً أن الروس يحاولون قلب الحقائق والكذب للحصول على مصالحة للتملص من اتفاقية خفض التصعيد في هذه المنطقة، والتخلص من حرج كبير لروسيا وخاصة أنها موقعة على اتفاق أنقرة المودع لدى الأمم المتحدة.

على صعيد آخر، دخلت أمس قافلة مساعدات إنسانية إلى الغوطة الشرقية المحاصرة قرب دمشق، هي الأولى منذ أشهر وتأتي بعد الغارات الدموية التي استهدفت المنطقة الأسبوع الماضي، وفق ما أعلنت الأمم المتحدة. وأوضح مكتب تنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية التابع للأمم المتحدة في سورية في تغريدة على موقع «تويتر»، أن «أول قافلة مشتركة بين وكالات الأمم المتحدة والهلال الأحمر السوري لهذا العام عبرت خطوط النزاع باتجاه النشابية في الغوطة الشرقية»، وأضاف أنها تقل "مواد غذائية ومستلزمات صحية لـ7200 شخص محاصرين.
