كشفت منظمة «هيومن رايتس ووتش» أمس (الجمعة) أن بورما هدمت ما لا يقل عن 55 قرية بعد إخلائها من سكانها من الروهينغا المسلمين خلال أعمال العنف التي بدأت العام الماضي.

وأوضحت المنظمة أن مراجعة صور التقطت بالأقمار الصناعية، أظهرت تدمير 362 قرية جزئيا أو كليا منذ أغسطس الماضي، وبعض هذه القرى سويت بالأرض.


ونشرت النتائج التي خلصت إليها «هيومن رايتس ووتش» ومقرها نيويورك، بعد أن أبرمت بورما اتفاقا مع الأمم المتحدة واليابان لتقديم الإغاثة للمنطقة في مؤشر على تحول في العلاقات المتوترة بين الحكومة والأمم المتحدة.
