عند خط ترسيم الحدود العسكرية، وفي المنطقة منزوعة السلاح شديدة التحصين بين البلدين، تعهد زعيم كوريا الشمالية كيم جونغ أون ورئيس كوريا الجنوبية مون جيه-إن، أمس (الجمعة)، بالسعي لتحقيق السلام، ووقعا إعلانا يتضمن الموافقة على العمل من أجل نزع السلاح النووي بالكامل من شبه الجزيرة الكورية، كما أعلنا خلال أول قمة بين الجانبين منذ أكثر من عقد، أنهما سيعملان على التوصل إلى اتفاق لتحقيق سلام «دائم» و«راسخ» في شبه الجزيرة.

وشمل الإعلان تعهدات بالحد من التسلح، ووقف الأعمال العدائية وتحويل الحدود المحصنة بين البلدين إلى «منطقة سلام»، والسعي من أجل إجراء محادثات متعددة الأطراف مع دول أخرى مثل الولايات المتحدة.


وأصبح كيم أول زعيم لكوريا الشمالية تطأ قدماه الجنوب منذ الحرب الكورية بين عامي 1950 و1953، بعد أن صافح مون فوق حاجز خرساني قصير يرسم الحدود بين البلدين في قرية بانمونجوم التي تعرف بقرية الهدنة.

وزرع الزعيمان شجرة، وكشفا عن حجر كتب عليه «زرع السلام والازدهار»، ثم سارا قليلا بجانب الحدود وجلسا على مقعدين على ممشى خشبي.

وكتب كيم باللغة الكورية في دفتر الزوار ببيت السلام في كوريا الجنوبية قبل بدء المحادثات «تاريخ جديد يبدأ الآن. عهد من السلام».

وقال كيم قبل أن يبدأ هو ومون وكبار مساعديهما المحادثات: «إننا اليوم عند خط بداية حيث يسطر تاريخ جديد من السلام والرخاء والعلاقات بين الكوريتين»، وأضاف كيم الذي ارتدى بذلته السوداء التقليدية: «كنت متحمسا للقاء في هذا المكان التاريخي وإنه لأمر مؤثر بالفعل أن تأتي كل هذه المسافة إلى خط ترسيم الحدود للترحيب بي بنفسك».

وأوضح مسؤول أن كيم أخبر مون في جلستهما الخاصة بأنه جاء إلى القمة لإنهاء تاريخ من الصراع، ومزح معه قائلا: «إنه يأسف لإيقاظه بسبب تجارب إطلاق الصواريخ التي كان يجريها في الصباح الباكر»، وأضاف أن كيم أبلغ مون أنه مستعد لزيارة البيت الأزرق الرئاسي في سول، داعيا مون لزيارة بيونغ يانج، كما قال إنه يود لقاءه على فترات أكثر تقاربا في المستقبل.

في السياق نفسه، رحب الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب أمس بقمة الكوريتين، ووصفها بـ«التاريخية»، لكنه شكك من أن «الأمور لن تتضح إلا بعد مرور بعض الوقت».

وقال ترمب على «تويتر»: «بعد سنة عاصفة من إطلاق الصواريخ وإجراء التجارب النووية، يجري الآن لقاء تاريخي بين كوريا الشمالية وكوريا الجنوبية».

وأعرب رئيس الوزراء الياباني شينزو آبي، أمس عن ترحيبه بالقمة التاريخية بين الكوريتين، داعيا بيونغ يانغ إلى القيام بـ«أعمال ملموسة» في ما يتعلق بنزع السلاح النووي في شبه الجزيرة الكورية وغيرها من المسائل.

وأشاد الكرملين أمس بالقمة والمحادثات بين الزعيمين الكوريين، معتبرا أنها «أخبار إيجابية جدا».

ورحبت الصين أمس بالقمة بين الزعيمين وحيّت شجاعتهما.

وأعربت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية الصينية هيوا تشونين، عن أمل بلادها في تحقيق نتائج إيجابية.
