خلف الاعتداء الانتحاري الذي استهدف نائب الرئيس الأفغاني الجنرال عبدالرشيد دوستم العائد من المنفى أمس الأول، 23 قتيلا و107 جرحى، بحسب حصيلة جديدة لوزارة الداخلية أمس. ورجح المتحدث باسم الوزارة نجيب دانيش ارتفاع هذه الحصيلة، في وقت أعلن تنظيم «داعش» مسؤوليته عن هذا الهجوم. وأكد المتحدث باسم شرطة كابول حشمت ستانيكزائي، أن 9 من عناصر قوى الأمن لقوا حتفهم.

وأعرب مكتب وكالة «فرانس برس» في كابول عن أسفه لمقتل أحد المتعاونين معه، السائق محمد أختر (31 عاما) وهو أب لـ4 أطفال، أحدهم رضيع. وأختر هو ثاني موظف يقتل في اعتداء في أقل من 3 أشهر في أفغانستان، بعد مقتل كبير المصورين شاه ماراي الذي قضى نحبه في اعتداء انتحاري في 30 أبريل.


وقد عمد الانتحاري إلى تفجير نفسه وسط جمع كثيف كان ينتظر في مدخل مطار كابول الدولي لاستقبال نائب دوستم العائد بعد أكثر من عام في المنفى، لكن قافلة السيارات المدرعة كانت قد عبرت للتو ونجا الجنرال دوستم ومرافقوه.
