لأول مرة منذ اندلاع الاحتجاجات في السودان، أعلن قطاع القضاء الانضمام إلى آلاف المحتجين في الاعتصام أمام مقر الجيش، وسط العاصمة الخرطوم، للمطالبة بالحكم المدني.

وقال بيان صادر عن قضاة السودان: «غداً (الخميس) باذن الله (سيبدأ) موكب قضاة السودان الشرفاء من أمام المحكمة الدستورية الساعة 4,00 مساء (14,00 ت غ) إلى القيادة العامة دعماً للتغيير، ولسيادة حكم القانون ومن أجل استقلال القضاء».
