قال رئيس جنوب أفريقيا السابق جاكوب زوما اليوم (الثلاثاء)، إنه تلقى تهديداً بالقتل بعد شهادته في تحقيق بشأن الفساد.

وقال زوما في التحقيق إنه كان ضحية مكيدة للتخلص منه، وإن أجهزة مخابرات أجنبية وحكومة الفصل العنصري في التسعينيات ربما تقف وراء المؤامرة.


ومثل زوما أمام التحقيق مرة أخرى اليوم، وقال إن مساعده الشخصي تلقى مكالمة هاتفية في ساعة متأخرة الليلة الماضية من متصل مجهول هدد بقتل زوما وأبنائه.

ولم يصدر تعليق فوري عن الشرطة.
