اعتقلت السلطات الروسية أمس (السبت) نحو 600 متظاهر في موسكو خلال خروجهم للتنديد باستبعاد مرشحين مستقلين من الانتخابات المحلية المقررة في سبتمبر القادم، وفقاً لما نقلته منظمة غير حكومية متخصصة في رصد الاعتقالات، وتجمع بضع مئات من الأشخاص في أمكنة مختلفة في وسط موسكو قبل أن تبدأ الشرطة التي انتشرت بكثافة عمليات الاعتقال.

وكانت المعارضة الروسية قد دعت إلى مظاهرة حاشدة أمس رغم تزايد ضغوط السلطات التي أوقفت نحو 1400 شخص في مظاهرة الأسبوع الماضي وبدأت تحقيقا جنائيا في التحرك الاحتجاجي.


وأوقفت السلطات الروسية المحامية ليوبوف سوبول قبل ساعات من المظاهرة، كما أقامت السلطات حواجز على التقاطعات الرئيسية في وسط العاصمة ونشرت عددا كبيرا من الشرطيين وجنود الحرس الوطني. وقالت سوبول عشية توقيفها: «اللجنة الانتخابية لا تقوم بعملها، والمحاكم لا تقوم بعملها. الأمر الوحيد المفيد هو الشارع»، وتنفذ سوبول إضرابا عن الطعام منذ 3 أسابيع، وظلت حتى الآن في منأى من السجن. وقال المسؤولون إن المرشحين استبعدوا لأنهم قاموا بتزوير التواقيع الضرورية، وبين هؤلاء المرشحين عدد من حلفاء المعارض البارز اليكسي نافالني الذين يدينون فبركة هذه المخالفات ويتهمون رئيس البلدية الموالي للكرملين سيرغي سوبيانين بالسعي إلى خنق المعارضة. وقال عدد كبير من سكان موسكو إن تواقيعهم المؤيدة للمعارضة رُفضت من دون إعطاء السبب، وتأمل المعارضة أن تتمكن في الانتخابات المرتقبة في سبتمبر وتنهي احتكار الموالين للكرملين في برلمان موسكو.

وفي ذات السياق، أعلن القضاء الروسي أمس فتح تحقيق بـ«تبييض الأموال» بحق منظمة المعارض الرئيسي للكرملين أليكسي نافالني. وبحسب المحققين، تلقى أشخاص مرتبطون بصندوق مكافحة الفساد المرتبط بنافالني مبالغ تصل قيمتها إلى مليار روبل (13.8 مليون يورو) بطريقة غير شرعية. وقاموا بعد ذلك بـ«تبييض» تلك الأموال عبر العديد من الحسابات المصرفية قبل تحويلها على حسابات المنظمة. وأكدت لجنة التحقيق في بيان: «سيحدد المحققون مصادر هذه الأموال الجنائية، وقيمتها، وكذلك هويات مجموعة الأشخاص المتورطين في آلية التمويل غير القانونية هذه».
