دانت مصر بأشد العبارات الهجمات بالصواريخ والطائرات المسيرة التي استهدفت مدن أبها وخميس مشيط وجازان ونجران بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وأسفرت عن إصابة مدنيين، بينهم نساء وأطفال، في تصعيد خطير وانتهاك لسيادة المملكة وتهديد لأمن وسلامة شعبها.
وأعربتمصر ، في بيان رسمي صدر عن وزارة الخارجية، اليوم (الثلاثاء) عن تضامنها الكامل مع المملكة، مؤكدة وقوفها إلى جانبها في مواجهة أية تهديدات تمس أمنها وسيادتها وسلامة أراضيها، ورفضها التام لاستهداف المدنيين والمنشآت المدنية
وشددتمصر في بيانها على أن أمن المملكة جزء لا يتجزأ من الأمن القومي المصري والعربي.
وكانت الخارجيةالسعودية، أعربت عن إدانة واستنكار المملكة العربية السعودية بأشد العبارات استهداف ميليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية أعياناً مدنية واقتصادية في أبها وخميس مشيط وجازان ونجران، ما أسفر عن إصابة 73 مدنياً، بينهم نساء وأطفال، إلى جانب استمرار الميليشيا في استهداف السفن التجارية في البحر الأحمر وتهديد حرية الملاحة البحرية الدولية.
وجددت المملكة رفضها القاطع للنهج العدائي والسلوك الإجرامي الذي دأبت عليه الميليشيا في تهديد أمن واستقرار الجمهورية اليمنية الشقيقة ومحيطها العربي والإسلامي، ورفضها المستمر لكل جهود السلام.
وأكدت المملكة حقها المشروع في اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات اللازمة للدفاع عن سيادتها، وصون مقدراتها الوطنية، والحفاظ على أمن وسلامة مواطنيها والمقيمين على أراضيها، مشددة على أنها لن تتهاون مع أي اعتداء يستهدف أراضيها ومقدراتها، وذلك بما يتوافق مع قواعد القانون الدولي.
وحذرت المملكة من مغبة استمرار ميليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية في استهداف المدنيين الأبرياء والمنشآت المدنية، مؤكدة ضرورة الوقف الفوري لكافة أشكال التصعيد الذي تمارسه الميليشيا، وتهديداتها المتواصلة لأمن الملاحة البحرية.
ودعت المملكة المجتمع الدولي إلى تحمل مسؤولياته وتنفيذ قرارات مجلس الأمن ذات الصلة، وفي مقدمتها القرار 2216 (2015) والقرار 2722 (2024).
Egypt condemned in the strongest terms the missile and drone attacks that targeted the cities of Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, and Najran in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, resulting in injuries to civilians, including women and children, in a serious escalation and violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty and a threat to the security and safety of its people.
Egypt expressed, in an official statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today (Tuesday), its full solidarity with the Kingdom, affirming its support alongside it in facing any threats to its security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, and its complete rejection of targeting civilians and civilian facilities.
Egypt emphasized in its statement that the security of the Kingdom is an integral part of Egyptian and Arab national security.
The Saudi Foreign Ministry expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's strong condemnation and denunciation of the Houthi terrorist militia's targeting of civilian and economic sites in Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, and Najran, which resulted in the injury of 73 civilians, including women and children, alongside the militia's continued targeting of commercial ships in the Red Sea and threatening the freedom of international maritime navigation.
The Kingdom reiterated its firm rejection of the hostile approach and criminal behavior that the militia has adopted in threatening the security and stability of the sisterly Republic of Yemen and its Arab and Islamic surroundings, and its ongoing rejection of all peace efforts.
The Kingdom affirmed its legitimate right to take all necessary measures to defend its sovereignty, safeguard its national resources, and maintain the security and safety of its citizens and residents on its territory, stressing that it will not tolerate any aggression targeting its lands and resources, in accordance with the rules of international law.
The Kingdom warned of the consequences of the continued Houthi terrorist militia's targeting of innocent civilians and civilian facilities, emphasizing the necessity of an immediate cessation of all forms of escalation practiced by the militia, and its ongoing threats to maritime security.
The Kingdom called on the international community to assume its responsibilities and implement the relevant Security Council resolutions, foremost among them Resolution 2216 (2015) and Resolution 2722 (2024).
