دعا مجلس الدفاع الوطني اليمني المواطنين في المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة مليشيا الحوثي إلى الابتعاد عن المعسكرات ومخازن الأسلحة ومنصات إطلاق الصواريخ ومراكز القيادة والسيطرة والتحشيدات والمواقع العسكرية وخطوط الإمداد التابعة للمليشيا، محذراً من استخدام الأحياء والمنشآت المدنية لأغراض عسكرية.
وحث المجلس المواطنين على التعاون مع مؤسسات الدولة والأجهزة العسكرية والأمنية المختصة، والإبلاغ عبر القنوات الرسمية عن أي تحركات أو تحشيدات أو استحداثات عسكرية أو أنشطة تهدد أمن السكان واستقرار مناطقهم.

جاهزية الجبهات
جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع مجلس الدفاع الوطني برئاسة رئيس مجلس القيادة الرئاسي القائد الأعلى للقوات المسلحة رشاد العليمي، وبحضور أعضاء مجلس القيادة سلطان العرادة، وعبدالله العليمي، وعثمان مجلي، ومحمود الصبيحي، وسالم الخنبشي، فيما غاب بعذر طارق صالح وعبدالرحمن المحرمي.
وناقش الاجتماع، بحضور عدد من كبار مسؤولي الدولة، مستجدات الأوضاع الوطنية، ومستوى جاهزية القوات المسلحة والأمن والتشكيلات العسكرية في مختلف الجبهات، إضافة إلى الإجراءات التنفيذية المتعلقة بالتعبئة العامة والعودة الآمنة واستمرار الخدمات الأساسية والاستجابة الإنسانية للنازحين والمتضررين من التصعيد الحوثي.
تقارير من الخطوط الأمامية
واستمع المجلس إلى تقارير بشأن الزيارات الميدانية للخطوط الأمامية ومستوى الجاهزية القتالية للقوات المرابطة، وسير العمليات والموقف الميداني في مختلف المحاور.
وأشاد بما أظهرته القوات المسلحة والتشكيلات العسكرية والمقاومة الشعبية من تماسك وكفاءة عملياتية وقدرة على الردع واستعادة زمام المبادرة، مؤكداً استمرار القوات المسلحة في مسؤولياتها الدستورية والقانونية لحماية المواطنين وردع مصادر التهديد، وصولاً إلى استعادة مؤسسات الدولة وبسط سيادتها على كامل التراب اليمني.
حشد الدعم الدولي
كما استمع المجلس إلى تقرير من عضو مجلس القيادة الرئاسي عبدالله العليمي بشأن مشاركته في أعمال الدورة الـ81 للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة واللقاءات المصاحبة لها، والجهود الرامية إلى حشد الدعم الإقليمي والدولي لليمن وحكومته وقواته المسلحة في مواجهة التصعيد الحوثي وتداعياته على حرية الملاحة والممرات المائية والسلم والأمن الدوليين.
الطوارئ والكهرباء
وقدم رئيس مجلس الوزراء شائع الزنداني إحاطة بشأن الأوضاع الاقتصادية والخدمية، والاستعدادات الحكومية لمواجهة حالات الطوارئ وتلبية الاحتياجات العاجلة للجرحى والنازحين، إلى جانب الإجراءات المتخذة لمعالجة أزمة الكهرباء، بما فيها صيانة محطات التوليد في العاصمة المؤقتة عدن.
وأشاد مجلس الدفاع الوطني بالالتفاف الشعبي حول القوات المسلحة ومؤسسات الدولة، وقوافل الإسناد والإغاثة والمبادرات المجتمعية والقبلية والشعبية الداعمة للجبهات والنازحين، معتبراً ذلك تعبيراً عن التلاحم الوطني.
The Yemeni National Defense Council called on citizens in areas under the control of the Houthi militia to stay away from military camps, weapon storage facilities, missile launch platforms, command and control centers, troop mobilizations, military sites, and supply lines belonging to the militia, warning against the use of civilian neighborhoods and facilities for military purposes.
The council urged citizens to cooperate with state institutions and the relevant military and security agencies, and to report through official channels any movements, mobilizations, military developments, or activities that threaten the security of the population and the stability of their areas.

Readiness of the Frontlines
This came during a meeting of the National Defense Council chaired by the President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Rashad Al-Alimi, with the attendance of Council members Sultan Al-Arada, Abdullah Al-Alimi, Othman Majali, Mahmoud Al-Sabahi, and Salem Al-Khanbashi, while Tariq Saleh and Abdulrahman Al-Mahrami were absent with excuses.
The meeting, attended by several senior state officials, discussed the latest national developments, the readiness level of the armed forces and security, and military formations on various frontlines, in addition to the executive measures related to general mobilization, safe return, the continuation of essential services, and humanitarian response for the displaced and those affected by the Houthi escalation.
Reports from the Frontlines
The council listened to reports regarding field visits to the frontlines and the combat readiness level of the stationed forces, as well as the progress of operations and the field situation in various axes.
It praised the cohesion, operational efficiency, and deterrent capability demonstrated by the armed forces, military formations, and popular resistance, affirming the continued responsibility of the armed forces in their constitutional and legal duties to protect citizens and deter sources of threat, aiming to restore state institutions and assert its sovereignty over all Yemeni territory.
Mobilizing International Support
The council also listened to a report from Presidential Leadership Council member Abdullah Al-Alimi regarding his participation in the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly and the accompanying meetings, as well as efforts to mobilize regional and international support for Yemen, its government, and its armed forces in facing the Houthi escalation and its implications on freedom of navigation, waterways, and international peace and security.
Emergency and Electricity
The Prime Minister, Sha'if Al-Zandani, provided a briefing on the economic and service conditions, and the government's preparations to face emergencies and meet the urgent needs of the wounded and displaced, in addition to the measures taken to address the electricity crisis, including the maintenance of power generation stations in the temporary capital, Aden.
The National Defense Council praised the popular support around the armed forces and state institutions, as well as the convoys of support and relief, and community, tribal, and popular initiatives supporting the frontlines and the displaced, considering this a reflection of national unity.
