أعلنت روسيا تشكيل وفدها المشارك في المفاوضات الثلاثية المرتقبة مع الولايات المتحدة وأوكرانيا في العاصمة الإماراتية أبوظبي، يومي 10 و11 نوفمبر الجاري، بمشاركة مسؤولين بارزين في الكرملين ووزارتي الخارجية والدفاع والاستخبارات العسكرية، في خطوة تأتي وسط الجهود الرامية إلى بحث تسوية للحرب الأوكرانية.
وقال المتحدث باسم الكرملين دميتري بيسكوف، لوكالة أنباء «إنترفاكس» الروسية، (السبت)، إن الوفد سيضم فلاديمير ميدينسكي، مساعد الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، إلى جانب نائبي وزير الخارجية سيرجي ريابكوف وميخائيل جالوزين.
كما يشارك في المفاوضات إيغور كوستيوكوف، رئيس جهاز الاستخبارات العسكرية الروسية، ويوري جيغارلوفسكي، أحد كبار المسؤولين في هيئة الأركان العامة للقوات المسلحة الروسية، إضافة إلى عدد آخر من كبار المسؤولين الدبلوماسيين والعسكريين، بحسب بيسكوف.
مسؤولون عسكريون واستخباراتيون ضمن الوفد الروسي
وتكتسب تشكيلة الوفد أهمية خاصة مع مشاركة رئيس الاستخبارات العسكرية الروسية ومسؤولين بارزين في هيئة الأركان العامة، إلى جانب ممثلي الدبلوماسية الروسية، بما يعكس تعدد الملفات المطروحة على طاولة المفاوضات، التي تشمل الجوانب السياسية والعسكرية المرتبطة بالحرب في أوكرانيا.
وكان أعضاء الوفد الروسي قد شاركوا في اجتماع لمجلس الأمن الروسي بالعاصمة موسكو، (الجمعة) 6 نوفمبر، بحضور مسؤولين من بينهم ميدينسكي وجالوزين وكوستيوكوف، وفقاً لصور نشرتها وكالة «سبوتنيك» الروسية.
ومن المقرر أن تستضيف أبوظبي المحادثات الثلاثية بين روسيا والولايات المتحدة وأوكرانيا يومي 10 و11 نوفمبر، وسط ترقب لما قد تسفر عنه من تطورات بشأن مسار التسوية السياسية وإنهاء الحرب.
Russia has announced the formation of its delegation participating in the upcoming trilateral negotiations with the United States and Ukraine in the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi, on November 10 and 11, with the participation of senior officials from the Kremlin and the ministries of foreign affairs, defense, and military intelligence, in a move that comes amid efforts to discuss a settlement for the Ukrainian war.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told the Russian news agency "Interfax" on Saturday that the delegation will include Vladimir Medinsky, assistant to Russian President Vladimir Putin, along with Deputy Foreign Ministers Sergey Ryabkov and Mikhail Galuzin.
Also participating in the negotiations are Igor Kostyukov, head of the Russian military intelligence, and Yuri Zhigarlovsky, a senior official in the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, in addition to several other senior diplomatic and military officials, according to Peskov.
Military and Intelligence Officials in the Russian Delegation
The composition of the delegation is particularly significant with the participation of the head of Russian military intelligence and senior officials from the General Staff, alongside representatives of Russian diplomacy, reflecting the multiple issues on the negotiation table, which include the political and military aspects related to the war in Ukraine.
Members of the Russian delegation had participated in a meeting of the Russian Security Council in the capital Moscow on Friday, November 6, with the presence of officials including Medinsky, Galuzin, and Kostyukov, according to photos published by the Russian news agency "Sputnik."
Abu Dhabi is set to host the trilateral talks between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine on November 10 and 11, amid anticipation of what developments may arise regarding the political settlement and the end of the war.
