في واحدة من أبشع القضايا التي هزت الرأي العام المصري وأثارت حالة عارمة من الصدمة والغضب في مصر، بات حكم الإعدام وشيكاً وينتظر عاملاً بمدرسة دولية بمحافظة الإسكندرية، بعدما أسدلت محكمة الجنايات الستار على محاكمته بقرار حاسم أحال أوراقه بموجبه إلى مفتي الجمهورية.
الكابوس المظلم.. استدراج الأطفال
الكابوس المروع بدأ ببلاغات متتالية تلقتها الأجهزة الأمنية بمنطقة «المنتزه ثان» بالإسكندرية، تفيد بتعرض أطفال في مرحلة رياض الأطفال (الروضة) لاعتداءات صادمة داخل أسوار مدرسة دولية، لتبدأ تحقيقات موسعة كشفت عن كواليس مرعبة:
- خلف الكاميرات: تبين أن عاملاً بالمدرسة استغل طبيعة وظيفته لاستدراج الصغار بدم بارد إلى مناطق معزولة ومخفية تماماً عن أعين المشرفين وزوايا كاميرات المراقبة لتنفيذ جرائمه.
- استغلال البراءة: أوراق القضية كشفت أن المتهم تعمد استهداف هؤلاء الأطفال مستغلاً صغر سنهم وعجزهم التام عن الفهم أو التعبير عما تعرضوا له في حينه.
- تسهيل الجريمة: وُجهت لمتهم ثانٍ بالمدرسة اتهامات ثقيلة بالمساعدة، والتستر، وتسهيل ارتكاب هذه الأفعال النكراء لشريكه الرئيسي.
أكثر ما يمزق القلوب في هذه القضية، هو أن الأطفال الضحايا تمكنوا ببراءتهم من تقديم شهادات متطابقة تماماً أمام النيابة العامة، والتعرف بدقة على المتهمين والإشارة إليهم خلال إجراءات العرض القانوني، وهو ما منح القضاء دليلاً دامغاً لا يقبل الشك.
وبعد مراجعة دقيقة لكافة التقارير الفنية والأدلة، أصدرت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية قرارها التاريخي بإحالة أوراق المتهم الرئيسي للمفتي لأخذ الرأي الشرعي في إعدامه، وحددت جلسة الشهر القادم للنطق بالحكم البات والنهائي، بينما يستمر نظر موقف شريكه الثاني المتورط بالتسهيل.
هذه الواقعة فجرت بركاناً من المطالبات الشعبية الغاضبة من أولياء الأمور بضرورة تشديد الرقابة وحماية الأطفال داخل المؤسسات التعليمية، ليكون الحكم الرادع بمثابة العقاب العادل لكل من يتجرأ على براءة الطفولة.

The Dark Nightmare.. Luring Children
The terrifying nightmare began with a series of reports received by the security forces in the "Montazah Second" area in Alexandria, indicating that children in kindergarten were subjected to shocking assaults within the walls of an international school, prompting extensive investigations that revealed horrifying behind-the-scenes details:
- Behind the Cameras: It was found that a worker at the school exploited his job to cold-bloodedly lure the young children to isolated areas completely hidden from the supervisors' eyes and the angles of the surveillance cameras to carry out his crimes.
- Exploiting Innocence: The case documents revealed that the accused deliberately targeted these children, taking advantage of their young age and their complete inability to understand or express what they had been subjected to at the time.
- Facilitating the Crime: A second accused at the school faced serious charges of aiding, concealing, and facilitating the commission of these heinous acts for his main accomplice.
What tears hearts apart in this case is that the child victims managed, with their innocence, to provide completely matching testimonies before the public prosecution, accurately identifying the accused and pointing them out during the legal presentation procedures, which provided the judiciary with irrefutable evidence.
After a thorough review of all technical reports and evidence, the Alexandria Criminal Court issued its historic decision to refer the main accused's papers to the Mufti to obtain the legal opinion on his execution, and set a session for next month to pronounce the final and conclusive ruling, while the status of his second accomplice involved in facilitating the crime continues to be reviewed.
This incident has ignited a volcano of angry public demands from parents for the necessity of tightening supervision and protecting children within educational institutions, so that the deterrent ruling serves as a just punishment for anyone who dares to violate the innocence of childhood.
