قضت المحكمة الاقتصادية في مصر، اليوم (الأحد)، بتغريم رئيس نادي الزمالك السابق مرتضى منصور مبلغ 15 ألف جنيه، وذلك في الدعوى المقامة ضده من جانب عضو مجلس الشيوخ وعضو مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك السابق هاني العتال، التي اتهمه خلالها بارتكاب وقائع سب وقذف.
وجاء الحكم بعد نظر الدعوى التي تقدم بها العتال، متضمنة اتهامات بحق مرتضى منصور بالإساءة إليه عبر عبارات اعتبرها المدعي تمس سمعته واعتباره، قبل أن تُصدر المحكمة الاقتصادية حكمها بتوقيع الغرامة المالية.
الخلاف بين مرتضى منصور وهاني العتال، ليس وليد القضية الأخيرة، لكنه ممتد منذ سنوات ويرتبط أساساً بصراع إداري وانتخابي داخل نادي الزمالك، ثم تطور إلى سلسلة من البلاغات والدعاوى القضائية.
كيف بدأ الخلاف؟
تعود جذور الأزمة إلى انتخابات مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك في 2017، عندما فاز هاني العتال بمنصب نائب الرئيس ضمن مجلس الإدارة، لكن ظهرت خلافات حادة لاحقاً حول أحقية عضويته وبعض الملفات الإدارية داخل النادي، ووصل الأمر إلى نزاعات قانونية وقرارات متبادلة داخل أروقة القضاء الرياضي والمدني.
من الخلاف الإداري إلى ساحات القضاء
ومع تصاعد الخلاف، تبادل الطرفان الاتهامات إعلامياً وعلى منصات التواصل، وهو ما أدى إلى إقامة دعاوى عدة تتعلق بالسب والقذف والتشهير، وفي أكثر من مناسبة، لجأ هاني العتال إلى القضاء متهماً مرتضى منصور بالإساءة إليه والإضرار بسمعته عبر تصريحات ومنشورات عامة.
أحكام متبادلة ونتائج مختلفة
اللافت أن العلاقة القضائية بين الطرفين شهدت أحكاماً متباينة؛ ففي بعض القضايا صدرت أحكام بالبراءة لصالح مرتضى منصور، بينما في قضايا أخرى صدرت أحكام بالغرامة أو تم رفض طعون مقدمة منه على أحكام سابقة مرتبطة بالسب والقذف.
The Economic Court in Egypt ruled today (Sunday) to fine former Zamalek Club president Mortada Mansour an amount of 15,000 Egyptian pounds, in a lawsuit filed against him by former Senate member and board member of Zamalek Club Hani El-Attal, who accused him of committing acts of defamation and slander.
The ruling came after considering the lawsuit submitted by El-Attal, which included accusations against Mortada Mansour of insulting him through phrases that the plaintiff deemed damaging to his reputation and dignity, before the Economic Court issued its ruling imposing the financial penalty.
The dispute between Mortada Mansour and Hani El-Attal is not a recent issue; it has been ongoing for years and is primarily linked to administrative and electoral conflicts within Zamalek Club, which then evolved into a series of complaints and legal cases.
How did the dispute begin?
The roots of the crisis date back to the Zamalek Club board elections in 2017, when Hani El-Attal won the position of vice president within the board. However, sharp disagreements later arose regarding the legitimacy of his membership and some administrative files within the club, leading to legal disputes and mutual decisions within the corridors of sports and civil courts.
From administrative disputes to courtrooms
As the conflict escalated, both parties exchanged accusations in the media and on social media platforms, which led to several lawsuits related to defamation and slander. On more than one occasion, Hani El-Attal resorted to the judiciary, accusing Mortada Mansour of insulting him and harming his reputation through public statements and posts.
Mutual rulings and different outcomes
Notably, the judicial relationship between the two parties has seen varying rulings; in some cases, acquittals were issued in favor of Mortada Mansour, while in other cases, rulings were made imposing fines or rejecting appeals he submitted against previous rulings related to defamation and slander.
