الحادثة التي شهدتها منطقة «كاراباليدا» أعادت الأمل بقوة لفرق الإغاثة، حيث قضت العائلة المحاصرة 12 يوماً كاملة تحت أكوام الخرسانة الثقيلة والحديد الملتوي، في ظروف قاسية كان يرى فيها خبراء الإغاثة أن فرص النجاة تكاد تكون منعدمة.
ولم تتوقف جهود البحث طوال الأيام الماضية، حيث واصل المتطوعون والمنقذون الليل بالنهار، معتمدين على الحفر اليدوي الدقيق بين الكتل الخرسانية المتداخلة لتجنب حدوث أي انهيار مفاجئ يجهض العملية، حتى تمكنوا من فتح ثغرة والوصول إلى المحاصرين.
ووثقت لقطات مؤثرة اجتاحت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي لحظات خروج أفراد العائلة واحداً تلو الآخر من نفق ضيق، وسط صيحات الفرح العارمة ودموع التأثر التي غلبت رجال الإنقاذ أنفسهم. وتتكون الأسرة الناجية من:

وفي الوقت ذاته، لا تزال المجموعات الإغاثية تواصل تمشيط المناطق المتضررة يدوياً، مدفوعة بهذا الإنجاز، على أمل العثور على ناجين آخرين طمرتهم الأنقاض.

The incident that occurred in the "Caraballeda" area reignited hope for the rescue teams, as the trapped family spent a full 12 days under heavy concrete and twisted iron, in harsh conditions where relief experts believed the chances of survival were almost nonexistent.
The search efforts did not stop throughout the past days, as volunteers and rescuers worked day and night, relying on precise manual digging between the interlocking concrete blocks to avoid any sudden collapse that could thwart the operation, until they managed to open a gap and reach the trapped individuals.
Emotional footage that swept across social media documented the moments when family members emerged one by one from a narrow tunnel, amidst overwhelming cheers of joy and tears of emotion that overcame the rescuers themselves. The surviving family consists of:
- The mother who persevered to protect her young.
- A young man in the prime of his life.
- A small child.
- An infant who was given a new life from the heart of the rubble.
These images sparked a wave of sympathy and widespread interaction, as followers considered the emergence of the infant and the other children alive as a true reward and a living tribute to the efforts of the volunteers who refused to give up or halt the search operations despite nearly two weeks having passed since the disaster.
