في واحدة من أكبر الضربات الرقابية التي تستهدف الكيانات الوهمية، هزت الأجهزة الأمنية والصحية بمحافظة الجيزة المصرية القطاع الطبي الخاص، بعد الكشف عن كواليس صادمة أسفرت عن ضبط 70 شخصاً يمارسون الطب بلا شهادات أو ترخيص، مع إغلاق 74 مصحة لعلاج الإدمان تعمل عشوائياً خارج مظلة القانون.
الحملات المكثفة التي شنتها مديرية الشؤون الصحية بالتنسيق مع شرطة مكافحة المخدرات ومباحث الأقسام، استهدفت تطهير المنظومة الصحية ومواجهة السماسرة والأدعياء الذين استغلوا معاناة المرضى تحت غطاء «الطب النفسي وتأهيل المدمنين».
وتركزت المداهمات والتفتيش الميداني في عدة مناطق حيوية وشعبية بمحافظة الجيزة لضبط المنشآت المخالفة، وكان من أبرزها:
- المناطق السكنية: حدائق الأهرام، الهرم، والعمرانية.
- المراكز والمرافق: أوسيم، أبو النمرس، البدرشين، كرداسة، ومنشأة القناطر.
وكشفت التحقيقات عن إدارة هذه المصحات بواسطة أفراد غير مؤهلين طبياً، مع افتقار المنشآت لأدنى معايير السلامة والأمان الطبي، مما يشكل خطراً مباشراً على حياة النزلاء.
من جانبه، أكد الدكتور أسامة الشلقاني وكيل وزارة الصحة بالجيزة، أن السلطات المصرية لن تتسامح مع أي محاولات للعبث بأرواح الناس أو المتاجرة بآلام المرضى.
وشدد الشلقاني على استمرار الرقابة الصارمة والتفتيش الدوري على كافة المنشآت الطبية الخاصة، لضمان تطبيق الاشتراطات القانونية وتطهير المنظومة كلياً من الأطباء المزيفين والكيانات العشوائية.
In one of the largest regulatory crackdowns targeting fake entities, security and health authorities in the Giza Governorate of Egypt have shaken the private medical sector, following the revelation of shocking details that led to the arrest of 70 individuals practicing medicine without certificates or licenses, along with the closure of 74 addiction treatment clinics operating randomly outside the law.
The intensive campaigns launched by the Health Affairs Directorate in coordination with the Anti-Narcotics Police and local investigations aimed to cleanse the health system and confront the brokers and impostors who exploited the suffering of patients under the guise of "psychiatry and rehabilitation of addicts."
The raids and field inspections focused on several vital and popular areas in Giza Governorate to apprehend the violating establishments, with the most notable being:
- Residential areas: Hadayek El Ahram, Al-Haram, and Al-Omraneya.
- Centers and facilities: Oseem, Abu Nomros, Badrashin, Kerdasa, and Manshet El Qanater.
Investigations revealed that these clinics were managed by unqualified individuals, with the facilities lacking the most basic standards of safety and medical security, posing a direct threat to the lives of the residents.
For his part, Dr. Osama El-Shalkani, Deputy Minister of Health in Giza, confirmed that Egyptian authorities would not tolerate any attempts to tamper with people's lives or to exploit the pain of patients.
El-Shalkani emphasized the continuation of strict oversight and regular inspections of all private medical facilities to ensure compliance with legal requirements and to completely cleanse the system of fake doctors and random entities.
