وثّق مقطع فيديو متداول اللحظات الأخيرة في جريمة مقتل الموظف بمجلس مدينة كوم أمبو فتحي الميرغني، عمّ الممثل المصري حمدي الميرغني، في واقعة أثارت صدمة واسعة داخل محافظة أسوان.
وأظهر التسجيل المجني عليه وهو يتحدّث إلى أحد الأشخاص في الشارع قبل أن يفترقا، ليعود الأخير ويوجّه نحوه أعيرة نارية من سلاح آلي أردته قتيلاً في الحال.
وكشفت التحريات الأمنية أن المتهم، ويدعى (ع.أ) وشهرته (زيزو)، تربّص بالميرغني أثناء توجهه إلى عمله، واستوقفه متّهماً إياه بالانتماء لطرف على خلافات ثأرية سابقة مع عائلته. وحين رفض المجني عليه مرافقته مؤكداً عدم صلته بأي نزاعات، عاجله الجاني بوابل من الرصاص بلغ نحو 14 طلقة، قبل أن يلوذ بالفرار.
وروى صلاح الميرغني (شقيق الضحية) أن شقيقه فوجئ بسيارة تعترض طريقه، ونزل منها شخصان تحدثا معه لثوانٍ قبل أن تتحول المحادثة إلى اعتداء مسلح انتهى بإطلاق النار وفرار الجناة؛ وفق ما أفادت به مصادر محلية.
وتم دفن جثمان الضحية أمس الثلاثاء، فيما تواصل الأجهزة الأمنية جهودها لضبط المتهم وكشف دوافع الجريمة، وسط تأكيدات من الأسرة بأن الراحل لم يكن طرفاً في أي خلافات، وأنه زوج وأب لأطفال.
أما الممثل حمدي الميرغني، فنشر، مساء الاثنين، منشوراً نعى فيه عمه بكلمات مؤثرة، طالباً الدعاء له.
A circulating video captured the final moments of the murder of the employee at the Kom Ombo City Council, Fathi Al-Mirghani, who was the uncle of Egyptian actor Hamdi Al-Mirghani, in an incident that has caused widespread shock in Aswan Governorate.
The footage showed the victim talking to someone in the street before they parted ways, only for the latter to return and fire gunshots from an automatic weapon, killing him instantly.
Investigative findings revealed that the suspect, named (A.A.) and known as (Zizo), ambushed Al-Mirghani while he was heading to work, stopping him and accusing him of belonging to a party involved in previous vendetta disputes with his family. When the victim refused to accompany him, asserting that he had no connection to any conflicts, the assailant opened fire with a barrage of about 14 bullets before fleeing the scene.
Salah Al-Mirghani (the victim's brother) recounted that his brother was surprised by a car blocking his path, from which two individuals emerged and spoke with him for a few seconds before the conversation escalated into an armed assault that ended with gunfire and the assailants fleeing; according to local sources.
The victim's body was buried yesterday, Tuesday, while security agencies continue their efforts to apprehend the suspect and uncover the motives behind the crime, with family members asserting that the deceased was not involved in any disputes and was a husband and father of children.
As for actor Hamdi Al-Mirghani, he posted on Monday evening a tribute to his uncle with heartfelt words, asking for prayers for him.
